Fall is finally here and so are all of those fabulous fall flavors! This weekend we’re definitely whipping out the big tastes with an apple, honey, and sage flavored cocktail. Now, those flavors are good enough for a warm hot toddy. However, we decided to top this hot cocktail off with some Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey. If you’ve never had this whiskey before, then you don’t know what you’re missing. It blends so beautifully with this cocktail that you almost can’t even taste the alcohol in it. Notice that we said “almost”. First we took fresh apple cider mulled with traditional mulling spices. Then, we amped up the flavor with some fresh sage leaves from the garden for some extra earthiness. We hope you enjoy this cocktail just as much as we did! Drink more apples and stay fabulous!

warm apple honey and sage cocktail
- Medium Nonstick Pot
- serving glasses
- measuring cup
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 tbsp mulling spices
- 8 leaves fresh sage
- 8 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey
- In a medium saucepan, combine apple cider, mulling spices, and fresh sage leaves. Warm the cider over medium low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- Pour the cider through a fine mesh strainer into a pouring container.
- For each drink combine 2 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey with 8 oz mulled cider blend. Serve warm.
