Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and finely minced
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • tbsp lemon juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce.

  • Whisk the ingredients together.
